Our Mission
At Stix and Pux Hockey Camp, our mission is to provide young athletes with the skills they need to excel in hockey in Red Deer and Central Alberta. We focus on building confidence, teamwork, and technical abilities through experienced coaching and engaging activities in a fun environment. We consider parents' schedules and do our best to provide convenient ice times for a working family.

U18 Scrimmage/Game Play Camp (2008/2009/2010)
10-15 minute warm up plus 60 minute scrimmage-$120 before May 1, then $130
5 PLAYER SPOTS AND 1 GOALIE SPOT LEFT
75 minute ice time with 60+ minute scrimmage.
$120 for 4 sessions. (4 x1.25 hours).
Will not be ordering jerseys for this group to decrease cost to players. Play dark vs white jerseys.

Chad Laughy
Lived in Red Deer since 2004. 10 years coaching experience with Red Deer Minor Hockey, including 7 years as head coach. 2023/24 RDMH Coach of the Year. Focus on improving fundamental skills, while still ensuring a fun atmosphere. Played Midget AA (u18) as a forward. Dad of 2 hockey players who love to be at the rink.
Randy Monk
Born and raised in Red Deer. Played minor hockey in Red Deer up to Bantam AAA level and then was drafted to WHL as a defenseman. 3 years coaching experience, with one as head coach at U9 level. Head coach 2025 Rustlers 2016 Silver Team. Friendly, down to earth and relates very well to young players. Excellent understanding of the fund
